Tim Koltek brings over 20 years as an entrepreneur in the high tech and energy services space with a proven track record of building nationwide organizations. Most recently Mr. Koltek was CEO of Terrapin Well Service and Terrapin Energy Services. Previously he was CEO at itrezzo, a software developer used by over 10,000 companies worldwide. In all his businesses, the focus has been in combining cutting edge technology with the top talent. Mr. Koltek has a degree in Business Administration from Trinity University, in San Antonio, TX.
COO, Directional Drilling / Drilling
Mr. Hebert was COO and co-founder of Terrapin Energy Services (2011-2017) as well as an R&D Engineer for Applied Physics Systems (2009-2016). He has has over 20 years of experience in the oil & gas service industry working in various roles within Schlumberger, Halliburton, and Quantum Drilling Motors. He possesses knowledge & expertise in multiple levels of operations spanning from Engineering / Research & Development to Operations Management. He has the advantage of hands on experience spanning multiple product lines in his career, ranging from drilling & completions to production.
Dr. Jim McKinney
Field Manager, Well Services
Dr. Jim McKinney has over 40 years experience in business. Prior to joining the management team he developed the breadth of his oilfield expertise working for his father, legendary wildcatter and oil man KR McKinney. Dr. McKinney has experience in implementing procedures and systems which allow for the scalability of organizations. This helped grow the Terrapin companies and scale them to multi unit operations.
Oklahoma Field Manager, Drilling
Randy Francis has over 35 years of experience in the oilfield sector. Most recently he worked at Terrapin Well Service and Jessie Oilfield Service. Mr Francis experience covers oil production, well service and drilling. Mr. Francis He received a degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
Director, US Sales
Ian Noble has over 20 years experience in the drilling services sector. Mr. Noble’s primary focus has been supporting directional drilling and MWD operations in a multiple roles, from Operations Coordinator, Product Line Manager, Executive Management, and Business Development. Mr. Noble’s career experience spans across virtually every major basin in the United States and Canada, allowing him to tailor service packages for our clients. Over his career Mr. Noble has worked for several top tier directional drilling and MWD companies, including: Cathedral Energy Services, Ulterra Drilling Technologies Pro-Tech MWD and No-Drift Tech Systems. Mr. Noble received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
Director, Directional Drilling & Drilling Optimization
Jim Campbell began his career in the oil & gas industry in 1979. Mr. Campbell has held various positions that have included technician, coordinator, District and Regional manager as well as drilling optimization manager. Mr. Campbell has worked for a variety of directional drilling company’s including Schlumberger, C&J Energy and Phoenix Technology Services. This experience has provided him with an extensive knowledge base to insure successful operations for the clients. Mr. Campbell received his Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
